Many common conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure) and Hypercholesterolaemia (high cholesterol) Are asymptotic, meaning they often have no symptoms. Therefore, it is important we closely monitor our health and don’t just assume that if we are asymptomatic we must be experiencing optimal health. It is better to err on the side of caution when it comes to your wellbeing. Read the website resources or contact Conrad Tokarczyk to find out more.
